Usually, we will use this kind of CAE analysis before the project development, so as to get the CAE analysis results. We then make the corresponding adjustments in combination with the analysis structure to ensure that the products are realized with high-quality processes and mold structures to reduce the risk of the development process.
The analysis will analyze the feasibility of sheet metal parts for the static structure and dynamic structure of the product, and use this to optimize the structural performance of the product.
CAE analysis is divided into three steps:
1. First, a reasonable finite element analysis model must be established for the project or product;
2. Perform characteristic analysis, assembly and solution on it to obtain process analysis results;
3. Finally, follow-up processing is required to obtain high-quality process plans.
